Please do...Wow, that is a long day in the saddle! <br /><br />Please do sleep in. Feed Soj and then go right back to bed until about 11 a.m. I do so often. Sleep is not to be underestimated in terms of maintaining both physical and mental health. The more we learn about sleep, the more important we find that it is to our lives. So many Americans have this all goofed up. <br /><br />Often, when I'm headed off for one of my favorite two-hour naps, I will tell my wife with great seriousness in my voice that the only way to stave of sleep deprivation is through diligence - in napping! :)JackieBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01425329981363519619noreply@blogger.com
